Arsenal 'to complete Bitello transfer THIS week’ with £7m deal for Brazilian star ‘very nearly done’ | The Sun

ARSENAL are set to close a deal on Gremio midfielder Bitello for a discounted price of £6.8million, according to reports.

The 23-year-old has been on the club's radar for some time and they are now ready to make a move.

According to TuttoMercato Web, Mikel Arteta is keen to see a deal completed for Bitello this week.

Gremio put a price tag of £8.5m on the Brazillian, who has been of key interest to the North London team.

However, the Gunners have worked their magic and brought the fee down to £6.8m.

Bitello signed with the 42-time Brazilian Serie A champions back in 2021 and has been a staple in their first-team with 50 appearances and 11 goals.
