At 47, Gabrielle Union Just Showed Off Her Toned Butt—And The Workout To Get It

Gabrielle Union is iconic. In film, tv, and now…in the gym. The newly minted 47-year-old just showed off her crazy-toned butt in a series of videos on her Instagram story, showcasing some pretty tough workout moves (I’m tired just from watching!)

Gabrielle’s exercise video starts off with single-arm dumbbell presses. Working one strong arm at a time apparently isn’t enough though, since she drops into a squat on each rep. She moves on to a series of total-body burners incorporating dumbbells, an exercise ball, and resistance bands into her workout.

“I love my arms because it’s where I get fast results. At my age, if I don’t work out for two weeks, it’s like I’ve never done anything, ever,” she told Women’s Health. “But my arms come back quickly. I try to maintain my moneymakers.”

But from the looks of this workout video, Gabrielle has wayyy more than just one moneymaker. The Bring It On star closed out her workout on the stair climber showing off her incredibly toned legs (and butt!).

But these toned ass-ets didn’t just come from a single workout. The actress also told WH that she’s big on Pilates, which she also does in the morning. “The great thing about Pilates is that I can take out my annoyance from waking up early on the machines instead of human beings,” she said. “It’s for the greater good. My body responds to it, and I’m also more clear.”

Whatever works for you, Gabrielle. It’s clearly paying off!
