  • Tracee revealed one genius way her trainer helps her sculpt her strong booty in the kettlebell workout.

Tracee Ellis Ross, 48, is leveling up her workout game in a brand new Instagram post. The Black-ish actress is back at the gym and looking fitter than ever while crushing a super slow kettlebell workout. Her lower bod is on fire—and not just because of those reps.

“SLOW & STEADY,” Tracee captioned her latest video, and while fans were totally impressed, some only had eyes for her chic leggings. “It’s the liquid leggings for me 🔥🔥🔥,” one user commented. “I might have to start working out just so someone will talk dirty to me. 😂😂,” a fan wrote in the comments.

Tracee also had some help from trainer Jason Walsh, who you can hear giving Tracee advice in the background of the video. First, take a look at her moves.

That one cue to up the kettlebell intensity? “Slower,” he tells Tracee. He adds “push it back.” The adjustment helps Tracee tweak her form. I’ll be honest, I can feel the extra burn just watching.

Tracee has mentioned to InStyle that working out is a big part of her week. She tries to hit the gym three to four times a week, and she wakes up early to squeeze a few moves in.

And, kettlebells are only one small part of Tracee’s impressive fitness regimen. She’s also a big fan of the Tracy Anderson Method, a dance-based fitness plan. “I have to say that Tracy Anderson’s workout the last five years has been really good for me,” Tracee told Health in 2017.

“I find that, as adults, we stay so regimented in our movement, even if we get on a treadmill. The music changes all the patterns, and my body gets to move freely, so you feel amazing—which is ultimately the point of the workouts, too,” she added. Whether it’s music or genius trainer cues, Tracee is on point.

Work it out!
