OliviaandAlex Bowenare proudparents to baby Abel who they welcomed in Junethis year.

Since Abel’s birth, the pair have been open and honest with fans about their first few months as parents and as three month old Abel hits his milestones, the pair shared a look into their lives.

Taking to Instagram on Saturday morning, Alex, 31, shared a picture of himself and Olivia, 28, looking exhausted as they sat on the sofa in their pyjamas.

Alongside the picture he wrote: “Abel’s had his 2nd lot of injections & ain’t well, many up every half hour [crying emoji]”.

On Friday evening, Olivia posted a picture of herself in a car telling fans she was off to Birmingham at Abel’s bedtime because it meant “no screaming”.

Alex, Olivia and Abel have been settling into life as a family of three, but the blonde beauty revealed that it hasn’t always been plain sailing.

Speaking to OK! she talked about Abel’s “complicated” birthand how she had to see a specialist following it.

"I have an appointment with a post-natal specialist to check my pelvic floor and lots of other parts of my wellbeing after birth," she explained.

She added: "I had a bit of a complicated birth, so getting help and advice from a professional is extremely important to me."

While she's gone to professionals for her medical health, the former Love Island star said she has relied heavily on her friends to support and give advice on becoming a parent for the first time.

She told OK! that her pals told her the "ins and outs" of going into labour and giving birth, including all the "down and dirty details" about how her breasts would change.

"When something happened that was new to me, I would always message the girls like, 'Is this normal?!'" she said.

Olivia also revealed that her husband found the birth of their child more traumatic than she did.

During an Instagram Q&A session with her 3million followers, the reality star said: "I'm sure he won't mind me saying but Alex found the birth more traumatic than me I think. He hates seeing me in pain & not being able to do anything about it.

"He was my rock throughout he was so calm on the exterior to me, but I know he got upset & took himself away from the situation a few times so he didn't do it in front of me."

"We both cried when he was here. It was nearly two days so we were both just exhausted but so happy," she added with a red heart emoji.
