She added: "I just can't believe how old she seems these days. It's amazing and also breaks my heart a little bit that she’s no longer a baby [heart emoji] Little Miss Independent!"

"It was just really hard to get her out at the end and various other complications. I had an epidural because of the induction but that came out so I had to have another one reinstated mid worst part of your contractions."

EastEnders actor Toby, who played serial killer Gray Atkins on the BBC soap, joined Amy on the panel and discussed how he felt about becoming a parent, and seeing Amy struggle during labour.

The 32-year-old explained: "It's so hard watching the person you love and care about, which is ultimately a magical thing, going through so much pain."
