Inside Love Island’s Lucie Donlan’s transformation through the years
Lucie Donlan entered the Love Island villa as one of the original girls on Monday night, and has been a sure fire hit with the boys on the ITV2 show.
Coupling up with Joe Garratt on the first episode, the 20 year old surfer looked pretty loved up – enjoying a number of kisses with the curly-haired hunk.
However, professional boxer Tommy Fury soon put an end to that after picking Lucie in the first re-coupling, leaving Joe fuming.
All this drama has left fans very curious about Lucie's life before the show – especially after she revealed she went from a size 12 to a 6.
And luckily for fans, the 21 year old from Newquay in Cornwall has kept all her photos on Instagram from 2013.
Photos on her social media, where she already boasts a following of 342k people – range from a baby-faced Lucie age 16 in stunning black and white shots to snaps showing off her epic surfing skills.
Lucie also shows off her weight loss journey on her account, posting before and after snaps of her two stone weight loss.
Lucie revealed she had gone from a size 12 to a size 6 in a candid interview with OK! magazine, where she also opened up about her love life prior to entering the show.
"I used to be a size 12, and now I’m a six,” she exclusively told us. “When I was younger I’d always eat chocolates and pasta. When I started modelling at 17 I realised I needed to lose a bit of weight to be healthy.
“I don’t drink or smoke, and I eat well and exercise.”

The ITV2 star also confirmed she’d been asked to do the show for the past two years, confirming: “The first year I was really loved up.
“The second time I’d just had a break-up because I cheated. Then I was heartbroken about the guy I cheated with, because I thought we’d be together but he brushed me off.”
Before her time on the show, Lucie dated last year’s contestant Charlie Frederick.
Discussing their romance, she revealed: “I kinda just watched him and he’s my type. He’s blonde. Then he came off and he had put on his Instagram story that he was coming to Newquay and asked if anyone had a spare surfboard he could borrow, so I replied and he asked if I wanted to go for a surf.
“That’s how we met and we hung out for about a week and it was really nice.”
