Jennifer Aniston purchased Oprah Winfrey’s stunning four-bedroom farmhouse on a one acre plot with 4,320 square feet, making her the latest rich and famous resident of Montecito, California, just east of Santa Barbara.
The 53-year-old Friends star, who also owns a $20.97 million Bel Air mansion, paid $14.8 million for the mansion, which the Queen of Daytime TV, 68, bought in early 2021 for $10.5 million.
Upon her purchase of a 2.1-acre complex with a Mediterranean-style main house and two small cottages a year ago, Winfrey split up the original property and sold the two small cottages for $2.3 million to longtime personal trainer and property manager, Bob Greene.

Aniston’s new abode, built in 1998, has ‘picturesque ocean and mountain views, multiple terraces, landscaped gardens, and a massive motorcourt, all set on a private lot nestled among oak trees at the end of a long gated driveway, according to Architectural Digest.
The home has quite a bit of privacy on its heavily wooded premises, grassy lawns and a enough parking to easily accommodate fifteen cars.

The side projects don’t seem to be getting in the way of Jennifer’s acting career.
