Joe Swash secretly snaps hilarious ‘100% not set up’ pic of Stacey Solomon

The Loose Women panellist has earned a massive following over the years thanks to her honest approach to parenting.

Stacey Solomon’s most recent post was a prime example of that, as she opened up to her 1.8million followers about the post-childbirth struggle.

The 29-year-old gave birth to little baby Rex Toby Francis Swash just four weeks ago and is grappling with the return to normal life.

Taking to Instagram, she revealed that her day had been a “total write-off”, as she failed to execute her plans thanks to exhaustion.

She said: “I’m so behind with pumping, Barely getting enough off in time for feeds. Looking out the window at the moment, dreading the sun going down.”

Before adding: “I needed to sleep so badly today but I get sad when I sleep through the day and I wake up and it’s nearly night time!”

The photos shared said it all – the mum-of-three was pictured spreadeagled on the sofa, utterly out for the count.

Wearing a cosy cardigan and a pair of drawstring sweatpants, mum and baby slept soundly by each other’s side.

Stacey was so exhausted, she didn’t even appear to notice the pillow plonked atop her head.

Proud dad Joe Swash, 37, was the man behind the sweet nap-time snap, which he also posted along with a doting caption.

It read: “I promise this photo is 100% not set up! This was exactly how I found Stacey when I got back from the gym.”

He followed up with the hashtag “well deserved”.

Throughout her pregnancy, the former X Factor starlet has shared the highs and lows of motherhood.

From stretch marks to hairy nipples, her slew of loyal Insta followers has seen it all.

Once little Rex was born, the Dagenham-born lass opened up about the trials of breastfeeding and her struggle to leave the house.

Always looking on the bright side, she continued her confessional Insta post on Tuesday with a positive afterthought.

She admitted: “It’s OK – tomorrow is a new day and ill be ready for it!”

With her hands full, hopefully, Joe will be on hand to offer the new mum a little support the next time she needs a little shut-eye.
