Love Island's Anna Vakili is facing Christmas in bed after she and her family members were stuck down by coronavirus.

The beauty and sister Mandi have both tested positive and are recovering at home.

Sharing a sombre picture of herself in her sick bed last night, Anna warned that the deadly disease was "no joke" after being left unable to move from her room.

Her face looking pale and drawn, the 30-year-old is recovering at home after getting the worst news possible.

She explained on Instagram: "This corona s**t is no joke. Been bedbound for days and now been tested positive and so has Mandi."

She then posted a pre-Covid shot and told fans she hope they enjoy the festive period despite the current troubles in the world.

Anna said: "Before corona came to mess up our Christmas! …Wishing everyone an early Merry Christmas. Love you all."

Mandi says she has been luckier than her sister, who is suffering more after contracting the virus and confirmed that she can't currently get out of bed.

In her Story, she explained to fans about the family's difficult week: "So me and Anna both got tested for Covid. I'm not that bad to be honest.

"I had one night that was bad and I have a regular cold, but I'm dealing with it. It's not my worse cold.

"Anna has been really bad, completely bed bound. Me, Anna, my mum and dad are all isolating right now at our place because my parents were staying at ours before Tier 4 got announced."

Mandi then went on to explain what they are missing out on.

She said: "We were going to have Christmas with the whole family at mine, but Dubai, Christmas party and NYE got cancelled.

"My cousin has also got it. It's pretty s**t right now. We're all sick right now, doing a lot of home remedies to feel better."
