Maisie Smith congratulated with a kiss by proud boyfriend Max George after Strictly musical

Smitten Max George planted a huge kiss on girlfriend Maisie Smith as he greeted her after her performance of Strictly Ballroom The Musical.

The pair revealed their romance over the summer and have since been spotted putting on several loved-up displays in public together.

Max, 34, has been supporting Maisie, 21, throughout her time in the show and has often taken to social media to voice his support for her.

Following a press night at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley, London, Max and Maisie packed on the PDA for the cameras.

In several snaps, Maisie – dressed in a red flamenco dress as she wore her long tresses down and curly – was embraced by boyfriend Max and kissed him.

Meanwhile, The Wanted singer Max cut a casual figure in a baseball jersey, jeans and a cap.

As well as putting on a united front together, the new flames posed for photos with Maisie’s co-star Kevin Clifton and his pregnant girlfriend Stacey Dooley.

Matching with Maisie, Kevin wore his own flamenco outfit as Stacey showcased her blossoming bump in a lilac ensemble.

Kevin, who was previously a professional on Strictly Come Dancing, is playing the lead role of Scott Hastings in Baz Luhrmann's Strictly Ballroom The Musical.

Maisie has been playing the character of Fran, which her ex-Strictly partner Kevin was “beyond excited” about.

“I’m beyond excited to be performing with Maisie again – she’s amazing!” he said ahead of the musical’s debut.

“And I’ll finally be fulfilling my lifelong ambition to play Scott Hastings in Strictly Ballroom The Musical.

"When I was 10 years old I first watched the movie that would become my favourite film of all time. This is my dream role. I can’t wait to don the golden jacket and waltz all over the UK with Maisie in what’s set to be an incredible show!”

The show kicked off earlier this month, and will see Maisie and Kevin tour around the UK with the rest of the cast.

As Maisie and Max appear to be going from strength to strength, the singer’s ex-girlfriend has warned Maisie that he might cheat “again".

“If I spoke to Maisie I would warn her to pay attention to what happened to us and learn from it,” Carrie Barker, who dated the Glad You Came singer for five years, told The Sun.

“Max is not going to change. A leopard does not change its spots.”

She went on: “It's sad but he simply cannot resist other women. I was not shocked at all to hear that he had cheated on Stacey [Giggs] to be honest. To hear that he was in a relationship with Maisie at the same time as he was seeing Stacey, it all sounded way too familiar to me.”
