Pregnant Laura Anderson strips completely naked to show off growing baby bump
Laura Anderson has posted empowering naked pictures to celebrate the female body as she counts down to the arrival of her first child.
The Love Island star, 33, is expecting a baby with Gary Lucy, who she split from shortly after the pregnancy announcement.
Laura is powering on with preparations for her new arrival and took some time out on Thursday to post the beautiful snaps on Instagram.
The two pictures show Laura posing in front of a mirror and showing off her growing bump.
Her intricate tattoos are visible and she’s wearing her long blonde hair down and straight in both snaps.
She added in the caption: “The female body is an incredible capsule, one I’ll never quite get my head around. I’ve never felt so empowered physically and mentally.
“Some days of course can be tricky to feel my best (pregnant or not) but I find doing a little thing just for me can really boost my confidence and put a spring in my step.”
The Islander then explained that she’s been using a fake tan in recent weeks and shared a discount code with fans.
She also added a disclaimer, telling fans: “Apologies if this photo is offensive in anyway especially to those trying to conceive or whom have lost a baby. It is not intended as sexual content.”
Laura has disappointingly faced “disgusting” comments from trolls throughout her pregnancy so far, and recently spoke out about how they have “damaged” her physical and mental health.
The mum-to-be shared a screenshot of one Instagram message, in which one individual had cruelly told her: "Hope you drown u moron."
She then wrote: “I don't like to share the negativity I receive on here but it has been more than usual recently.
"I have blocked so many people for disgusting and damaging comments. It blows my mind that people conjure up such strong assumptions of what they think goes on behind closed doors or bull crap media stories.
"Never in my life did I think I could receive negative accusations on my character from strangers while going through a break up and pregnant. My tolerance for trolling at the minute is SO low.
"It's honestly so damaging to mental and physical health I thought this was obvious.”
Laura added: "Thankfully the positive outweighs the negative but sometimes it's hard to see when you're in the firing line. I really appreciate the amazing messages and I support you right back. Rant over, cheers to the normal people you keep me sane online."
This came after Laura's ex-boyfriend Garyrevealed the gender of their baby– allegedly without her permission to do so.
Gary, 41, shared an image on Instagram with a caption that read “Daddy’s Girl.”
"For everyone that’s been asking. Let’s hope she inherits her mother’s looks. Can’t wait to meet you baby bear," he added.
The revealhas caused even more tension between the former couple, with a source telling OK!: "Gary announced the gender news without getting Laura’s consent. She's really upset by this."
