Ranvir Singh, 43, hosted Lorraine this morning as Lorraine Kelly, 61, continued her break from the daily show. The presenter, best known for Good Morning Britain, won many viewers over with her slot, prompting one to urge her to stay “forever” after a hilarious mishap.
Ranvir is currently presenting Lorraine every morning this week.
Her first show was this morning and viewers were left loving her on the chat show.
This was especially the case after a hilarious mishap left viewers in stitches.
Towards the end of the show, she was caught on her phone during an on-screen chat with This Morning hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary.
When the pair finished talking about what they had coming up on the show, the camera cut back to Ranvir on her phone.
Realising she was on screen again, the presenter was clearly mortified as she said “oh, hello!” before wrapping up the programme.
One viewer thought this exchange was hilarious and urged her to stay on the show “forever”.
They tweeted her saying: “Ranvir is so iconic on her phone. @Ranvir01 please present forever thank you #Lorraine.”
The GMB host then replied to the tweet with two emojis summing up the moment.
She included the hands over face emoticon as well as an embarrassed grin.
Other viewers also waded below the tweet with their reactions to the moment.
One wrote: “It was so funny your little ‘ohh hello’ was cute and it really made us laugh!”

Another added: “An absolute legend!! ‘Oh hello!’ I am so excited to watch Lorraine this week!
“You are a ray of sunshine and bring so much joy to my living room.”
A third penned: “You’re so funny thank you for brightening our mornings, can’t wait for tomorrow.”
“It really tickled me – made my morning!,” continued another follower.
Ranvir also posted on Instagram following her appearance on the show, thanking fans for tuning in.
She wrote: “So happy to be back at the helm for @lorraine .. I was dancing to the Communards here in honour of @revrichardcoles being on the show this morning!
“Thanks so much to @helenhandmakeup who always makes me look far better than I deserve .. pls follow her for tips !
“Also @debbiedresses for the styling. If it was left to me I’d be wearing a onesie, slipper socks, and lip balm!
“We have some amazing guests lined up for tomorrow’s show too including @boygeorgeofficial CANNOT WAIT see you at 9am.”(sic)
Lorraine airs on ITV on weekdays from 9am.
