Sophie Turner Blames ‘Game of Thrones’ Costar for the Infamous “Starbucks Cup” Incident

Actress and newlywed Sophie Turner sat down for an interview with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show. Jimmy and Sophie talked about Sophie’s big year —  one in which she plays a key role the No. 1 rated series on cable (Game of Thrones), stars in her first big budget studio film (Dark Phoenix), appears in the music video for a No. 1 single (“Sucker”) and also got married (to Joe Jonas).

But all of those accomplishments got put aside when Joe Jonas made an appearance in a video asking questions about who left a Starbucks cup in one of the shots on last week’s episode of Game of Thrones. Images of the cup sitting in the middle of a midieval-style set has led to thousands of posts and hundreds of memes from fans joking about who might have been responsible for the out-of-place beverage item.

For her part, Sophie was having none of the blame for the cup. As Jimmy interrogated her repeatedly about who was responsible, Sophie finally flipped and snitched on one of her costars.
