Stacey Solomon marries Joe Swash in intimate ceremony at Pickle Cottage with special performance

Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash have finally tied the knot at their stunning family home in Essex.

The Loose Women star, 32, and former EastEnders actor Joe, 40, wed in front of their loved ones in an intimate Jewish ceremony at their home, which they've lovingly named Pickle Cottage.

The couple were joined by a string of famous guests including Stacey's Loose Women co-stars, such as Linda Robson, 64, along with TOWIE stars Ricky Rayment, 31, andJames 'Arg' Argent, 34.

Arg is said to have performed with his band, The Arg Band, during Stacey and Joe's big day, as reported by MailOnline.

"Stacey and Joe had the best day of their lives. It was exactly everything they had hoped for, the weather was glorious, and they had a joyous day with their children and family," a source revealed to the publication.

"It was also important to Stacey for her day to uphold her strong Jewish values, as well as be a modern and fun day for everyone," a source told the publication.

The insider also added: "They had always wanted their wedding to be just for them, at their home, and keeping their celebrations intimate did not disappoint."

Stacey continued to keep her followers updated over recent weeks as she prepared for her big day, and after showing off many of her DIY decorations and her new hair, she revealed that she was taking a break from social media in order to "enjoy every moment" of the celebrations.

As the wedding drew closer, Stacey took to Instagram on Sunday 24 July and penned: "Just wanted to take a moment to say. Thank you for your beautiful messages and the kindest well wishes ever.

"Thank you for all your advise and tips. One of the pieces of advise all of you told me was to soak it all in and enjoy every second because it's over in a flash."

"So I'm going to say goodbye to my phone for a few days," Stacey went on. "And make sure I talk in every moment. The set up. The getting ready. The day. And the aftermath.

"I love you all lots and lots [heart emoji] Thank you for your kindness always. Lots and lots of love from. Joe. Harry. Zachary. Leighton. Rex & Rose – and me – soon to be Solomon Swash."

Earlier in the week, Stacey had revealed her baby daughter’s dress will be made from scraps of her own bridal gown along with mummy-and-me shoes. Rose’s adorable sandals could be seen next to Stacey's pointed-toe wedding shoes with glittering bows to match.

The DIY sensation shared a black and white snap in Instagram stories with the caption: “Rose’s dress is being made from the off cuts of my dress [crying emoji]

"So I wanted to make her some shoes to match mine. So I brought glittery bows from Etsy and stuck them on her baby shoes [well-up-eye emoji] Now we fully match [crying emoji].”

In April, the 32 year old shared the news that she had found her wedding dress and how emotional it made her feel. She revealed: "Today I Choose My Wedding Dress And I never want to forget this feeling… I’ve been putting it off I think because the more I got excited about it the more silly I felt for some reason… I started feeling really conscious about not being, well I don’t know.

“I wouldn’t have done life any other way EVER.

“I’m so grateful for how it turned out and I genuinely believe everything happens for a reason. But I suppose sometimes those old fashioned narratives make you feel that way don’t they?

She continued: "I loved every single second of today, trying them on, imagining seeing Joe for the first time, feeling the veil on my shoulders & seeing the glitter sparkle as I moved around."

Stacey and Joe have been in a relationship for over seven years and the pair got engaged back in 2020. They share son Rex, three, and baby daughter Rose together, and Stacey is also mum to Leighton, 10, and Zachary, 14, from previous relationships, while Joe is dad to Harry, 15, who he shares with an ex-girlfriend.
