Ahem, I Found Taylor Swift’s Plaid Coat From the New “Evermore” Cover

This morning, I woke up to one single plaid coat splashed alllll over my Instagram feed. The look gave off a woodsy-chill vibe that you’d associate with rustic cabins and long hikes through the forest. Naturally, it came from pop icon Taylor Swift.

The singer announced she’ll be dropping a folklore sister album called evermore at midnight tonight and shared a flood of pics for the occasion. Mirroring the ethereal aesthetic she adapted for her first 2020 album, evermore‘s cover art is simple and dreamy. Taylor stands, again, before a mystical woodland scape, draped in an oversized plaid topcoat.

The musical news is thrilling, yes, but fans are positively swooning over Taylor’s subtle equestrian style. Everyone on Twitter seems to be asking the same question: where can I buy that?

Well, when Taylor said “I’m … like a Tennessee Stella McCartney,” she really meant that sh*t. The star has been wearing non-stop Stella for years now, even collabing with the designer on a Lover-inspired clothing collection. It comes as no surprise, therefore, that this topper is another creation of Stella’s.

Yes, Taylor’s exact coat is still available to shop online, but it comes with a Taylor Swift-level price tag. At a totally chill and not at all expensive $2,875, this little baby can be all yours.

If you don’t want to kiss a couple g’s goodbye in the name of TS, there are a ton of chic dupes that’ll give you that same cabin-in-the-woods style for a way cheaper price.
