Danish designer Christian Juul Nielsen continues to grow his Aknvas offering, creating fluid pieces that his girl or guy could share. For fall 2021 he toyed with pragmatic ideas for comfort, protection and layers, injecting Japanese materials with his trademark couture-like design touches.

The look: Scandinavian minimalism highlighted with luxury details.

Quote of note: “I called the collection another world,” Nielsen said, as a way to reflect on the clothing needed as the world moves past the COVID-19 pandemic.
