YOU might think it costs a lot to do up your kitchen.
But in reality, small tweaks here and there can make a massive difference.
And this is what Bailey, who goes by the name of baileydeequinnx on TikTok, has just proven.
She helped her friend move into her new home and shared the updates to her social media.
Bailey says her friend didn’t want to do a lot to her kitchen, and so they did a few simple tricks which gave the kitchen a brand new feel to it.
In the video, she says: “I thought I should show you the before and after of my friend's kitchen.

“She just moved in and as you can see it came with speckley sides and orangey toned wood cupboards.
“I’m always up for a DIY task and there’s always room for improvement.
“She said she didn’t want to do anything to her kitchen as soon as she moved in.”
The video shows them wrapping the counter toppings in a wood effect fablon.

Bailey continues: “I had wrapped my sides in my house previously so I thought it was a great suggestion and she was totally down.”
The pair then repainted the cupboard doors a dark shade of green and the walls white.
She says: “We painted the walls white because they were a magnolia, just off white nasty colour.
“We painted the walls white just to give it that brightness, that fresh shazam.”
They then finished the kitchen off by changing the cupboard door handles.
She says: “Taking the handles because they were going to be replaced with nice gold ones.”
The video attracted over 49k people, with many rushing to the comments section to share their thoughts.
One wrote: “That’s so classy, I saw on yesterday all grey and the marble effect fablon, was awful, love this.”
Another added: “Bang on trend. Love it.”
