I'm a property expert & was on Love Island – I have five red flags in homes and why you should always put the taps on | The Sun

ANDREW Le Page may be best known for appearing on last year's Love Island, but few people know he used to be a real estate agent in Dubai.

The property guru, 27, who coupled up with Tasha Ghouri on the ITV2 reality show, recently took to TikTok and posted a very informative video on the five red flags people should look out for when viewing a property.

First up, the former Love Island contestant warns to look out for any indications of mould.

Offering advice on where to check, he notes: "Damp areas like shower rooms, basements areas, around heating/cooling units."

Next, he highlights the importance of checking for signs of pests.

According to the property guru, these may include "bad smells, droppings, or chewed wood."

The property whizz goes on to note that another thing that's a big no when looking to buy a property is having "no built in wardrobes and storage space."

Finally, the former Love Island contestant advises steering clear of any properties with "bad water pressure."
