I'm a property expert & was on Love Island – I have five red flags in homes and why you should always put the taps on | The Sun

ANDREW Le Page may be best known for appearing on last year's Love Island, but few people know he used to be a real estate agent in Dubai.

The property guru, 27, who coupled up with Tasha Ghouri on the ITV2 reality show, recently took to TikTok and posted a very informative video on the five red flags people should look out for when viewing a property.

First up, the former Love Island contestant warns to look out for any indications of mould.

Offering advice on where to check, he notes: "Damp areas like shower rooms, basements areas, around heating/cooling units."

Next, he highlights the importance of checking for signs of pests.

According to the property guru, these may include "bad smells, droppings, or chewed wood."
