The 29 year old shared with fans her method, which involved no chemicals, instead choosing to use vinegar, bicarbonate of soda and water.
First the mother of one began by mixing bicarbonate of soda into a paste with water.
Then she removed her oven racks, and applied the mixture all over the inside of her oven and left it over night.
Once the mixture had done its magic, Lydia set about wiping it away using a warm rag and some water.
And now for the second stage… The Essex-born beauty began spraying her oven with white wine vinegar before buffing it away with kitchen roll.
The results looked amazing, as the star then shared a snap of her sparkling oven alongside the caption "voila".
Just goes to show you do not have to use strong chemicals to get results!
Lydia also recently took to Instagram to advise mums against using bath toys after the report about the American toddler who nearly went blind due to the mould inside them.
She said: "Hi guys this week my mum hack is all about bath toys.
"My friend Lucy [Mecklenburgh] shared the most shocking post on her story about from a mum who has endured horrendous heartache after her son nearly went blind from using a bath toy.
"So I was none the wiser, but toys with holes or those that are designed to squirt can be catastrophic for your child because mould and bacteria can build up inside."

Holding up a rubber duck and a inflatable toy, Lydia added: "These are two toys that we used to play with that are now going in the bin."
Lydia, 29, then explained she had asked her followers to recommend some safer toys that young children could play with in the bath.
Sharing the most popular results, Lydia laid out a selection of toys that she had stored in a netted basket that scoops up the toys and then hooks neatly on the side of the bath to dry out.
"Foam letters and numbers came up a lot and Loretta has loved these.
"They are educational and they stick on the bath wall and she loves to have a little chill with them."
