Gisele Bündchen is trying to enjoy single life after dealing with the “bad” moments during her failed marriage to Tom Brady.

“We all have our fair shares of trials,” Bündchen, 42, wrote in a post to Instagram on Sunday along with a video of the supermodel riding a bike.

“Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow.”

The former Victoria’s Secret angel explained that “nothing is permanent” so it’s important to keep a positive outlook.

“Let’s enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones,” she said. “Every day is a gift!”

Bündchen shared the words of wisdom with her 21 million Instagram followers as she continues to navigate single life following her divorce from Brady, 45.

She and the football star — who share 10-year-old daughter Vivian and 13-year-old son Benjamin — were married for 13 years before ending things in October 2022.

At the time, Page Six broke the news that month that they had each hired divorce lawyers amid rising tensions within their relationship.

Prior to filing for divorce, the former couple had been living separately for months and hit turbulence when they had an epic fight over Brady’s refusal to retire from his football career.

Brady retired from his NFL career in 2021 and then announced that he had changed his mind and returned to the sport in March 2022.

“[Gisele] is done with their marriage,” an insider told People last October. “She was upset about it for a long time, and it’s still difficult, but she feels like she needs to move on. She doesn’t believe that her marriage can be repaired.”

But Bündchen denied that their divorce was caused by Brady’s return to football and told Vanity Fair this month that the rumors she had given her him an ultimatum were “very hurtful” and “the craziest thing [she’s] ever heard.”

Bündchen, who wed Brady in February 2009, added that she has “always cheered” for her ex-husband and that the reason for their breakup was “not so black and white.”

“If there’s one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it’s him, believe me,” she said, adding, “I want him to achieve and to conquer.

Brady ultimately retired from football for the second and final time in February, nearly three months after finalizing his divorce from Bündchen.

Bündchen has since sparked dating rumors with her kids’ martial arts instructor, Joaquim Valente.

Meanwhile, a source told Page Six in March that the former athlete is back on the dating scene.

Brady also shares 15-year-old son Jack with ex-partner Bridget Moynahan, 51.
