Lucy Mecklenburgh and Lydia Bright have given a glimpse inside their idyllic countryside getaway with their adorable toddlers.

The former TOWIE stars stayed at the luxury Wildness Reserve in the gorgeous six-bedroom Moat Cottage, which costs over £1,000 per night, set in the sprawling Suffolk countryside.

Lucy was joined by her former Coronation Street partner Ryan Thomas, 37, and their one year old son Roman with Lydia and her daughter Loretta, also one, and three of their friends.

Lydia, 30, shared sweet footage to her 1.2million Instagram followers of the weekend which included axe throwing, shooting, rowing a boat and relaxing in the hot tub with the little ones.

Meanwhile Lucy, 29, looked gorgeous as she perched on the side of the hot tub in a gorgeous brown swimsuit and gave a peek of the stunning grounds.

The brunette beauty also shared a reel to her Instagram of their stay at the beautiful red thatched cottage, surrounded by a moat, captioned: "Let the staycation begin. I’ve wanted to stay at @wildernessreserve for so long we luckily got a last min cancellation. Can’t wait to show you guys what we all get up to on my stories. Roman is obsessed with our neighbours."

Ryan and Lucy looked very loved-up as they posed for a snap with the backdrop of the gorgeous sunset while holding a glass of red wine.

The little ones also appeared to be having a wonderful staycation as they tucked into their homemade pizzas at the dinner table.

Celebrating in style, the group tucked into a delicious meal, prepared by a private chef, and dined in front of a roaring log fire at the cottage.

It is not the first time that mum-of-one Lucy has enjoyed a UK-based holiday this year.

Lucy and Ryan enjoyed a trip to The Grove in Hertfordshire last month with Roman and Ryan's daughter Scarlett who he shares with ex Tina O'Brien.

Meanwhile Lydia has candidly admitted to being "overwhelmed" as a single mother to her daughter Loretta.

When asked by a fan how she found the experience of parenting alone, the blonde beauty came clean about the "full-on" responsibility while sharing a snap of her and Loretta at the beach.

"It's a big responsibility and at times overwhelming. Juggling being a full-time mum and working full time. But I am so proud of myself. Raising Loretta is my greatest ever achievement," she wrote.
