Karina Irby, who boasts 1.2million followers on Instagram, is making waves in the body positive movement.

The star makes it her mission to show the reality of the human form in a world of Photoshop and posed photographs.

The bikini designer, from Australia, most recent snaps went down especially well with her fans who rushed to like and comment.

In the picture, Karina sat in a multi-coloured bikini as she smiled for the camera and flashed her pearly white teeth.

The 31-year-old looked utterly sensational as she soaked up the sun's rays without a care in the world.

Her bikini featured straps up and down her torso and she opted to wear the matching bottoms.

Taking to the caption the body-positive star shared a motivational speech with her followers on why they too should love their bodies.

She wrote: "DON’T LIKE IT? DON’T CARE

"Can we normalise being normal? Please.

"6 months ago I would have been far too self-conscious posting a relaxed photo of my tummy.

"But thanks to all of your kind love & support I feel so comfortable and empowered posting content like this!

"THANK YOU FAMILY"

Speaking to the trolls, Karina warned they can't beat her down.

She said: "And as for all the horrible comments I still get. Good luck trying to break this barrier.

"Remember we have full control over how Instagram looks.

"Posting fun candid pics from time to time can not only help other people but it will make you feel like this…

"BE THE PERSON YOU WANT TO SEE ON SOCIAL MEDIA."
