Jessica Mulroney has spoken out in defense of pal Meghan Markle, who has been accused of bullying palace aides.

Taking to Instagram, the Canadian stylist, 41, posted a throwback photo of the pair on Friday, ahead of Markle and Prince Harry’s tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey on Sunday.

“I don’t know that anyone has ever had to deal with the pressure, the politics and the press like this woman. In the face of it all, I have never seen her waver from kindness, empathy and love,” Mulroney captioned her post.

Mulroney and Markle’s friendship spans years, as the two first crossed paths in Canada, where the Duchess of Sussex, 39, filmed the legal drama “Suits.” Mulroney’s children — daughter Ivy, 7, and 10-year-old twin boys, John and Brian — were also part of Markle’s 2018 royal wedding.

In June, however, Page Six reported that Markle’s friendship with Mulroney was shaky, the same month lifestyle blogger Sasha Exeter accused Mulroney of “textbook white privilege.”

Mulroney later called Markle her “kindest friend” in a since-deleted social media post from September.

Mulroney is one of the many celebrities who have publicly supported Markle in the wake of Buckingham Palace’s decision to launch a probe into bullying claims against the duchess, who — along with Harry — stepped down as senior royals in January 2020.

Markle has since addressed the accusations, calling the reports, “A calculated smear campaign based on misleading and harmful misinformation.”

Markle and Harry, 36, currently reside in California with their son Archie, who turns 2 in May. The Sussexes are also expecting their second child together.
