JoJo Siwa is clearing the air on her hair.

The pop star — who has been making headlines amidst her “rudest celebrity” drama with Candace Cameron Bure —  posted a TikTok yesterday showing a bald patch on the side of her head … and it’s not from her signature side ponytails.

Writing, “When someone notices my bald spot and wonders what it’s from…” the star sweeps her short ‘do to the side in the video, revealing a sizable area of missing hair.

The clip then flashes to several images of her as a child on “Dance Moms,” with her caption reading: “Stress rash on my head when I was on Dance moms lead to no more hair there.”

“I’m confused it’s from tight pony tails?” one follower commented, leading Siwa — who chopped off her long locks this spring — to post a follow-up video shutting down that theory.

“I figured I would just explain this,” she said in the clip — captioned “stress rash squadddddd babbyyyy” — showing the fan’s comment at the top of her video.

“It’s actually not from the ponytails, because if it was from my ponytails — considering it went on this side — it would be this,” the “So You Think You Can Dance” judge said, showing the fuller hair on the other side of her head.

“When I was little I had a really bad stress rash right here on ‘Dance Moms,’” she explained, adding that she “would pick at it all day long” and ended up damaging “every single hair follicle that has ever been right there.”

The “Dancing with the Stars” alumna’s fans — known as Siwanatorz — shared their support under the post, writing comments like “Dance moms seems stressful and I wasn’t even there” and “Poor baby jojo, kids shouldn’t have to deal with that much stress!”

While the trauma from her dance competition days clearly impacted her health (and her hair), the star shared that she was starting to see some regrowth.

Replying to a fan who wrote, “YESS JOJO ITS COMING BACK,” on her TikTok, Siwa said: “SLOWLY. It’s been 8 years and it finallllly is growing again.”
