Married At First Sight’s Martha goes back to black in glamorous hair transformation after ‘orange’ lengths

Married at First Sight Australia’s Martha Kalifatidis has just unveiled a brand new hair colour after receiving nasty social media comments about the burnt copper shade she’d been favouring since appearing on the explosive reality show.
The 32-year-old showed off her glossy tresses on Instagram, giving followers a closer look at her new jet black hair colour. She also chose to show off her new hue in the nude, as Martha appears completely topless in the trio of glamorous snaps.
“I am loving my dark hair, it’s good to be dark again,” she told her fans, after asking them to vote for her next hair colour.
“The perfect colour on you is back. Your eyes glow,” commented one follower.
Another kindly pointed out that they’ve loved “every colour” on the star, but that her dark hair works perfectly with her complexion.
Martha’s MAFS husband Michael Brunelli – who she remains coupled up with – also dished out praise on his wife, saying: “I haven’t swiped this much since…Never mind. You are perfection.”
Since the colour transformation, Martha has been busy on her Instagram stories telling her fans how she’s had to adapt her make-up routine a little, to account for having such dark hair
“I feel like I need something really warm now since the hair is so dark,” she says, referring to her base. “So I swapped out my neutral foundation for MAC Studio Fix Face and Body in C4 [£32 here]. It’s my go-to foundation and has been for years and years.”
The change comes after Martha received a lot of hate for a previous hair choice, with a few trolls branding her copper bob “orange” and “not feminine”.
“Let’s make this really clear…Idgaf about being ‘pretty’. That’s an outdated priority for women. I strive to be strong, intelligent, independent and driven. Keep your ‘pretty’ to yourself and I’ll keep doing what I’m doing,” she hit back at haters in an Instagram rant back in March.
