Mum mortified as sons Spider-Man birthday cake looks like newspaper cut out
A mum who ordered a birthday cake for her three-year-old son was left mortified after it arrived.
Isabell claimed a "professional" baker charged her just under £25 ($45 AUD) to recreate a Spider-Man cake for her son Kano.
But when the cake arrived, the mum, from South Africa, discovered it was not what she was promised.

The dessert came covered in patchy fondant, amateur icing decoration and a Spider-Man which looked like a "cut out of a newspaper".
On top of it all, Isabel gave the baker a picture as inspiration of what her son wanted.
She said on Facebook: "My son couldn't stop talking about me getting him a Spider-Man cake for his third birthday.
"To my shock (this) is the cake I ordered vs the cake I received.
"Believe me, this lady is a professional. This is my third time ordering from her but first time ordering fondant."
When the mum looked at the back of the cake, she noticed a scrap piece of fondant to cover up the patch.

Despite the disastrous cake, the mum said her son was "so excited" when he saw his birthday cake.
But his excitement soon turned to disappointment when the Spider-Man wasn't even edible.
Isabel added: "The Spider-Man wasn't edible – we only noticed after my son had a bite on it. I requested my full refund."
It's unclear whether the family were given a full refund and many people felt angry on her behalf on Facebook.
One said: "Devastatingly bad. Sorry this happened!"
Another added: "That's awful! The person who made this can not be a professional. It's messed up, she did you dirty.
"I wouldn't trust her to make anything else for you."
While a third commented: "I wish a baker would just be honest and say, 'I'm sorry, I'm not experienced enough to make what you want. I'll have to pass on this job'."
