Samantha Markle is at it again.

The estranged half-sister of Meghan Markle believes the “Suits” alum and her husband, Prince Harry, could be heading for a breakup.

Despite having no relationship with the Duchess of Sussex since 2014, Samantha claimed during an interview with GB News this week that she’s “seen signs” that Meghan was at “loggerheads” with Harry.

“It’s so different and so inconsistent with her character,” Samantha said of footage appearing to show Meghan rejecting Harry’s kiss.

“Previously, in all the photographs she was pining over him, putting her hands all over him, grabbing his hands, grabbing his back.”

The video in question was taken at an NBA game last month, where the couple were caught on a “kiss cam.”

“So what’s up with this? Is this a symbol of separation? This is different. This is seemingly a statement on her part that she’s not all that touchy feely right now,” Samantha, 58, speculated.

“It’s kind of sad. It’s telling the rest of the world, all of us, that they are at an impasse and maybe they’re making decisions to part.”

She went on to suggest the former actress’ re-emergence in the public eye may have been orchestrated to align with King Charles III’s coronation.

“They have to work that out, but in the meantime, they have to work out how they treat everybody around them, not only for the past, but moving forward. And so hopefully, maybe counseling intervention could help,” she said, adding, “It seems like a PR opportunity in close proximity to the coronation.”

The historic event, which takes place at Westminster Abbey this week, won’t be attended by Meghan, 41, as the date coincides with son Archie’s 4th birthday.

Prince Harry, 38, is set to attend alone, while his wife remains at home in California with the birthday boy and their 1-year-old daughter, Lilibet.

Page Six previously reported that Harry will spend just 24 hours in the UK for his father’s coronation – before rushing back to the US two hours after his the ceremony ends.

“Harry’s going to make every effort to get back in time for Archie’s birthday,” an insider told us last month, noting that Harry will be flying commercial, not private.

“It’s going to be an intimate party,” the source said of Archie’s birthday bash.
