Chelsea want Kingsley Coman in swap transfer involving Callum Hudson-Odoi with Liverpool and Man City keen on France ace

EUROPEAN champions Chelsea are interested in signing Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman, according to reports.

The Premier League side are reportedly arranging a swap deal with the German side, involving England international Callum Hudson-Odoi.

According to French newspaper L'Equipe, Chelsea want to bring Coman to Stamford Bridge this summer.

The 25-year-old's contract talks with Bayern are believed to have stalled, leaving Chelsea and fellow Prem sides Manchester City and Liverpool on red alert.

Coman's existing deal at the Allianz Arena expires in two years and his current employers will not want to lose their French talent for no return.

The German side are rumoured to have placed a £77million price tag on the player, despite his contract situation.

The Blues are reportedly hoping to tempt Bayern by offering the Bundesliga champions Hudson-Odoi as part of a swap deal for Coman.

The 20-year-old is not thought to be part of manager Thomas Tuchel's plans at Stamford Bridge after making just 23 appearances last term.

Bayern have previously tried to sign Hudson-Odoi and it's likely they are still interested in bringing him to Munich.

Coman is one of European football's biggest stars after winning multiple league titles in France, Italy and Germany.

He also scored the winning goal in the 2020 Champions League final and was linked with Manchester United before they agreed a fee for Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.

Chelsea are also believed to be interested in Coman's Bayern team-mate Robert Lewandowski and are planning a £50m bid.

But that is only if they fail to sign No1 strike target Erling Haaland from Dortmund, rated at £150MILLION.

And the Blues are rumoured to be considering hijacking Manchester United's move for Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane.
