JAMIE CARRAGHER jovially accused Erik ten Hag of hypocrisy during Liverpool's clash with Manchester United on Sunday.
Jurgen Klopp's men started the game fast as they looked to get on top of the in-form visitors at Anfield.
The Merseyside crowd were being brought into the game during the opening quarter of an hour as Man Utd were forced onto the back foot.
But midway through the first half the away side earned themselves a corner.
And Luke Shaw proceeded to trudge over to take the set-piece in notably laboured fashion.
Gary Neville, on commentary for the game, insisted slowing the game down was something United should be trying to do.

He also claimed it was a tactic Sir Alex Ferguson would have told him to employ back in the day.
But Carragher was quick to remind his Man Utd colleague that Ten Hag has recently spoken out against attempts to waste time.
The Liverpool legend said: "Erik ten Hag had a go at Newcastle for that".
Prior to Man Utd's 2-0 win over Newcastle in the Carabao Cup final, Ten Hag urged his players to ignore elements of gamesmanship from the opposition.

He said: "It's a great team, they have a clear philosophy about how they want to play the game.
“The key word is intensity, they do really well, but they're an annoying team to play against, so we have to find a way to win.
"They try to annoy you. We have to play our game and focus on our game."
He then went on to add: "For instance, so if you see the referee want to play an effective time. They have the lowest in the league and they are quite successful with it.
"So it's up to us that we get speed in the game and we are also then dependent on the refereeing as well."
