Man City have easy final-day clash with Norwich while Liverpool face potentially tricky tie away at Newcastle as Premier League fixtures are announced

DEFENDING champions Manchester City will finish their title defence at home to Championship winners Norwich.

While Liverpool, who lost out in a thrilling title race before going on to win the Champions League, face a potentially tough test at Newcastle.

The Premier League fixtures have been announced for next season and fans are already looking ahead to see where the league could be won or lost.
