And the 35-year-old confirmed her former ballet dancer mum had tested positive for the deadly virus and is currently in intensive care.

Lana tweeted alongside the praying hands emoji: “Please keep my Mom in your thoughts and prayers.

“She can’t breathe and is heading into the ER right now.”

Lana, who also suffers with asthma, followed that up with: “My mom tested positive for covid. She is in the ICU right now.

“She is asthmatic and is on oxygen. Thank you for all the thoughts & prayers”.

A host of WWE superstars responded to her request and sent their best wishes.

Tag team duo The IIconics both replied.

Billie Kay wrote: “I’m so sorry babe. Sending prayers & love her way.”

As partner Peyton Royce added: “Hope she’s ok!!”

And Natalya said: “Prayers up… I’m thinking of your Mom.”

Lana has been working alongside Natalya lately on Monday Night Raw after Bobby Lashley asked her for a divorce.

Her storyline over the past few months was based around their marriage to Lashley as well as her on-screen split from Rusev.

Lana and the Bulgarian Brute have remained together in real-life but did not stop her from receiving vile abuse online.

Rusev was released from WWE in April as part of the coronavirus staff cuts with the Covid-19 outbreak causing major issues to Vince McMahon’s company over recent weeks.

Allegedly “over 30 people” within the company have tested positive for the disease at their Performance Center, although veteran Ric Flair has insisted it is completely safe.
