Dancing On Ices Carley Stenson breaks down in tears as shes eliminated

Dancing On Ice's Carley Stenson broke down in tears on Sunday's episode of the ITV skating show as she was eliminated ahead of the semi-final.

During the latest episode, Carley, 40, found herself in the dreaded skate-off with Siva Kaneswaran and after her routine she revealed she had injured herself.

To which host Holly Willoughby revealed they would send a medic to look at her.

After both stars performed in the skate-off, the judges revealed that they wanted to save Siva and Klabera Komini, which meant Carley and Mark Hanretty were eliminated.

Carley broke down in tears as her fate on the ITV skating show was revealed while viewers at home were quick to share their support for the emotional star.


Taking to Twitter, one person said: "So gutted, I’ve loved Carley and Mark SO much and really thought they’d be there until the end #DancingOnIce."

A different account put: "I’m so sad that Carley & Mark are out #Dancingonice #DOI."

Another follower wrote: "Gutted for @carleystenson and @Mark_Hanretty another year they would have won it. Hope when the dust settles Carley is as proud of herself as @dannymaconline obviously is of her, she's very talented and seems lovely @dancingonice #DancingOnIce."

While a different viewer added: "Carley and Mark were a brilliant pairing. Really thought they would get to the final #DancingOnIce."

Dancing On Ice airs at 6:30pm on Sunday on ITV and ITVX.
