Dancing on Ice's Denise van Outen admits neighbours think she's in a throuple after moving partner in with her boyfriend

DANCING on Ice star Denise Van Outen is convinced her neighbours think she's in a throuple after moving her dance partner in.

The 46-year-old admitted she's had some funny looks ever since sharing her home with boyfriend Eddie Boxshall and skating professional Matt Evers.

And she's joked they think she's in a throuple – a romantic relationship between three people.

"Matt has obviously moved in with us and been living with us," said Denise, ahead of the show launch.

"We have taken our friendship to another level. We have now become a throuple.

"I'm living with two guys and we can get a lot of strange looks from the neighbours who can't quite work out what's going on. I always leave with a smile on my face."

Denise – who knew Matt before they were partnered up – says they've formed a close bond since living together.

Despite fears she may crash out of the competition early, she's happy to have made a friend for life.

Explaining why they ended up living together, Denise said: "Unfortunately for him he wasn't able to go back to the States and see his friends and family because of lockdown.

"He was living on his own and felt really lonely. He really struggled in the first lockdown so I said why doesn't he come and live with us because we've got enough room here and it's been really lovely.

"We have formed a really lovely friendship.

"My daughter adores him, they're always in the other room doing TikToks together. Eddie gets on great with him.

"So whatever happens, whether I go out early on or do manage to go the distance, which is unlikely, then I will always look back with really fond memories.

"We have shared some special moments together as a family."
