Hollyoaks Felix begins bitter feud against own son DeMarcus in huge summer plot

Stand by for plenty of bad blood in Hollyoaks this summer.

Daily Star can reveal Felix Woodward (Richard Blackwood) will start a bitter feud with his son DeMarcus Westwood (Tomi Ade) in upcoming scenes.

Producer Kieron O’Sullivan said: “Felix and DeMarcus are going to be challenged.

“It’s going to be a huge storyline that will tear them apart.

“They’re going to go on a massive journey. We’re going to see conflict.”

He went on: “It’s something we all experience in real life, and we want to portray experiences that people can relate to.

“It’s going to run for a few months.”

You can see the latest action from the village every weeknight at 6.30pm on Channel 4.

It comes as Hollyoaks as favourite John Paul McQueen (James Sutton) makes a shocking discovery about the bus crash he's responsible for next week.

At Hollyoaks High, Prince McQueen (Malique Thompson-Dwyer) is unsettled as he finds out that John Paul is drinking again.

Later, John Paul throws himself into arranging a fundraiser ahead of Freya’s return to school.

Police officer Sam Chen-Williams (Matthew McGivern) finds Charlie Dean's (Charlie Behan) belongings from the crash including his mobile phone.

There’s a shocking discovery for Prince and John Paul as they find out that Charlie’s phone has footage of the crash which left pupil Freya with life-changing injuries.

John Paul starts to crumble under the pressure at Freya's charity fundraiser when his blackmailer ups the ante, and ends up turning to alcohol again.

At the event, whilst Freya is making a speech, a drunken John Paul crashes the stage and takes the microphone, but what is he planning to announce?

Hollyoaks airs weekdays on Channel 4 at 6.30pm followed by first-look episodes on E4 at 7pm
