Inside RHOC's Braunwyn Windham-Burke's $6.8million home for sale as she moves to Hawaii amid unpaid rent lawsuit

REAL Housewives Of Orange County star Braunwyn Windham-Burke is moving on to new pastures in Hawaii and leaving behind a stunning $6.8million family rental home – after she was sued for allegedly not paying $45,000 in rent.

Last month, the fired Bravo star and her estranged husband Sean Burke were named in a suit by their former Newport Beach landlord, who claimed they fell behind on payments.

Braunwyn later told Access she wasn't "totally sure what happened," but insisted the issue had been resolved, although The Sun can confirm the case is still active.

"I found out the same day you guys did," the ex TV star said, adding they had been wiring money into her landlord's trust each month and there was a "discrepancy" in the funds after they gave their 30-day notice.

"This is a matter of a maximum $7,500 discrepancy, due to the substantial security deposit held," Sean later told Page Six.

He added that he finds the situation "unfortunate" but "is seemingly easy to reconcile and resolve."

Braunwyn, 43, announced her trial separation from her husband recently after coming out as gay, and is heading to Hawaii for a short period with their seven children – while Sean will remain in Newport Beach.

ONE STUNNING HOME

Photographs obtained by The Sun show the former couple's stunning abode after they were pictured moving their belongings out.

The beautiful home, on the market for almost $6.8million, features its own movie theater, nightclub and more luxurious amenities.

Property records show the 7,924 square foot house boasts five bedrooms and six and half baths.

The busy mom previously showed off the home during episodes of the Bravo show, including the kitchen, revealing it's where they spent "90 percent of the time as a family."

The Italian Modulnova lacquered kitchen features "double sub-zero refrigerators and an expansive kitchen island clad with Macassar wood."

She said at the time: "The thing that I love was that the island was big enough for eight chairs. It’s very rare in a family of our size that there is room for everyone. I have room for all my kids.

"We have tons of room for family and friends. We basically have a party every weekend and I love that in this house."

Snaps show a gorgeous dining room and piano room with wooden floors, crystal chandeliers, and plush white furniture – although she admitted they barely hang out in the areas.

Braunwyn said in her confessional on the premiere last year: "We moved because we were running out of space in the old house. It was too many people, I love this neighborhood.

"When this house became available I was meeting with the realtor and I signed papers the next day. The suburban dream!"

An online description of the home says the basement offers an indoor-outdoor living area with a full rock wall waterfall for the guest suite – which even has its own entrance.

HEAD-TURNING FEATURES

It also includes "a glass enclosed gym, multi-purpose/play room and a movie theater with stadium seating, top-quality sound system, custom leather couches and a stage for special performances."

The upper level of the property hosts four en-suite bedrooms with high ceilings, marble showers, Swarovski-studded wallpaper, and even a bedroom with its own "secret room."

The master also offers a bath, oversized tub, custom closet and its own private deck with a fireplace and seating area for new owners.

Boasting electronic drapes and custom lighting the home is described as "an entertainer's dream," with a backyard lounge and fire pit, dining and grilling areas, and basketball/volleyball court included in the features.

Braunwyn and Sean sold their previous five-bedroom, five-bathroom home for $4,710,000 in July 2019, although they didn’t move into their new house until January 2020.

The now-former couple tied the knot in 2000 and share seven children: Bella, 20, Rowan, 18, Jacob, 15, twins Curran and Caden, eight, Koa, six, and Hazel, three.

A NEW CHAPTER

They announced recently they have officially split one year after the RHOC star came out as a lesbian, and is believed to be dating Fernanda Rocha.

Braunwyn said about her new chapter: "We are packing up this house, the one we filmed in last year, and we are moving.

"We have decided jointly that we are going to take a few months apart."

After weeks of "looking for a home" but seeing no success, Braunwyn decided to take some time off and leave for a "few months."

Braunwyn shared: "He is moving into a furnished rental for a few months and I am taking the kids to Hawaii for a while.

"We have decided jointly that we are going to take a few months apart."

FOR THE KIDS

Despite their decision to part, the pair revealed their plans for co-parenting while they wait to see what the future holds.

She explained: “What we would like to do is when this is over, get a house that the kids stay in and then we might go [back and forth].

"We haven’t decided if, after this little experiment of having a few months apart, if we are gonna come back together and live together as friends and family, or if we're going to just keep the kids in the house and we'll come in and out."

The TV star added: "We need a break. We need some space right now.

"We made the decision that taking some time apart is a good choice. We love each other. We are family, we are friends."

As for Braunwyn and Fernanda, it seems things like things have been working out for them.

The two previously enjoyed a Miami Beach vacation together as they showed off their toned bodies in bikinis.

Braunwyn opened up further about her situation with both Sean and Fernanda, as she claimed they were on good terms.
