Is Erika Jayne Quitting 'RHOBH' After Season 10?

Erika Jayne joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in season 6 and quickly became a fan favorite. The star has connected with viewers due to her strong personality and nonchalant attitude. Although she is not one to start drama, if it comes knocking at her door she handles it with class and dignity.

After four seasons on the show and a fifth one premiering in 2020, there are rumors that Jayne might be leaving the franchise.

In a recent interview, the “Xxpensive” hitmaker addressed the gossip around her departure from the Bravo reality series.

“I think that Housewives will always evolve and it should,” she told Hollywood Life in an interview. “There’s a time for all of us to leave the show, every one of us. I think that [leaving the show] is something that has to be mutually agreed upon. Any woman that leaves the show, leaves with themselves. You make that decision with yourself and the producers and the executives.”

As of now, Jayne is keeping her status on the show under wraps. It could possibly be that she is waiting for season 10 to air to make a decision on her future.

Is Season 10 drama-free?

There have been reports that season 10 of RHOBH has been lackluster and drama-free. Camille Grammer was asked back by producers to appear on the show after they initially didn’t offer a “friend” role at the beginning of the season.

“There was not a plan to bring back Camille Grammer to RHOBH until recently because things have been slow. All of the ladies are getting along, and they knew Camille would spice things up a bit, which the show needs right now. Plus, everyone is getting along,” a source told Hollywood Life.

Jayne has now shut down those reports revealing there is drama and they are still not wrapped with filming.

“Here’s the thing, we’re not finished shooting,” she said while appearing on The Real. “We’re getting ready to go on our trip, you know how those things can go. And things are bubbling. Liking one another also makes it harder when you do have a disagreement because it’s honest. If I didn’t like someone and I said you know whatever, then I would walk away, but knowing that I care about these women, you know, it hurts when we go home.”

Fans can rest assured that the ladies of RHOBH are going to continue to bring it when they return to television early next year.

What about the two new ‘RHOBH’ ladies?

After Lisa Vanderpump left RHOBH, Bravo announced that they were adding two new cast members: Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke. Jayne talked about the new girls and how they have affected the group dynamic.

“You’ve got two new people, so you’ve got fresh energy. And when that happens then the group gets mixed up so people who have comfortable relationships, comfortable friendships, you add new things in, there’s new conversations, new conflicts,” she told Hollywood Life.

Jayne also said the RHOBH cast will continue to showcase their “lifestyle, beauty, drama, and fun” when the series returns. Although there will be “some bumps and bruises along the way,” the pop star promises another fun season.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is set to return the first months of 2020 on Bravo.
