ITV This Morning: ‘He’s a WITCH’ Anton Du Beke shouts at BGT magician after shock trick

This Morning caught up with Britain’s Got Talent victor, Ben Hart, earlier today, following on from his win in last night’s semi-final.

The magician was pleased to be there to speak to hosts Anton Du Beke and Rochelle Humes about what it was like coming first.

However, Rochelle and Anton were keen to see him do a magic trick and asked him for something special.

Ben offered a remarkable slight of hand trick where he moved small bits of paper around on a knife.

He started by wetting some paper and making four small squares stick to the butter knife, with two on each side.

Very slowly, Ben removed the bits of paper one-by-one, before they all disappeared.

The magician then turned the empty knife three times and on the final twist, all four bits of paper reappeared.

Rochelle and guest entertainment reporter, Kem Cetinay, gasped as they held their hands over their mouths.

Anton had a louder response and screamed: “He’s a witch! He’s a witch!”

Meanwhile, viewers think they worked out exactly how Ben performed the trick as they flocked to Twitter with their theories.

One said: “This Ben hart guy on #ThisMorning is twisting the knife when he flips it over.”

Another added: “He stuck the two back on one side, then twisted the knife round.”

A third shared: “So he is using the pieces of paper he brought in that is under his tumb and sticking them to the knife.”

A fourth commented: “Ben’s got a certain mysterious charm about him.”

A fifth tweeted: “Ben Hart has a good voice for radio.”

Yesterday on This Morning, fans weren’t happy as a segment was repeated.

Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford introduced an upcycling video but dedicated viewers knew they’d seen it before.

One wrote: “Upcycling an upcycling item. Running out of content again.”

A second shared: “@thismorning hasn’t the #upcycling segment been played before? Play, repeat, play, repeat. haven’t they got new content? what’s the betting they’ll play it this Sunday too?”

This Morning airs weekdays on ITV from 10.30am.
