Katie Price poses with Carl Woods in loved up snap after riding a bike for the first time in six months in the Maldives

KATIE Price shared a sweet snap with boyfriend Carl Woods after she enjoyed her first bike ride in six months after breaking both feed in Turkey.

The 42-year-old is enjoying some much needed R&R in the Maldives with her beau and has been documenting the trip on her Instagram.

The TV star shared a snap of her and Carl on their bikes from behind as they soaked up the sights on the exotic island.

Katie rested her hand on Carl's shoulder while clad in a fluorescent yellow vest and shorts.

Captioning the romantic snap, she wrote: "This day was amazing @kandima_maldives first time on a bike in 6 months and with @carljwoods watching the sunset…

"… such a awesome place and can’t wait to go back with all my children and so much fun things for them to do on the island ❤️❤️".

The couple have been having the time of their lives on a lavish breakaway after Katie's horrific accident on their last trip.

Katie was told she was facing 18 months of rehabilitation before she could fully recover after breaking both feet in Turkey.

But after following doctors' orders she's managed to defy the odds despite her life-changing injuries.

She's been undergoing three hours of intensive hydrotherapy rehabilitation a day on top of working on her fitness in the gym.

Proving she's finally back on her feet again, Katie also enjoyed paddle boarding with Carl.

The pair appeared in jovial spirits as they tackled the crystal clear seas clad in their swimwear and red lifejackets.

Last week, Katie revealed the scars she has to live with since having a major operation on her broken feet.

Sharing images of her brutal scars and X-rays from hospital, Katie defended the cruel allegations she's been faking her injury.

Trolls sent nasty messages after Katie was pictured testing her feet as she walked without her mobility-scooter and went snorkelling on holiday.

She wrote on Instagram: "For people who said I haven’t broken my feet or people saying I had a bunion operation (even though I’ve never had bunions).

"They still won’t admit they wrongly accused me and speculated again saying I’ve made it all up.

"They will now see I wasn’t lying to the point I’ve had MAJOR SURGERY to my life changing injuries.

"MASSIVE THANKYOU TO THE INCREDIBLE SURGEONS who have made it possible for me to be able walk again in time and without them this wouldn’t have been possible!

"Andy Roche , Tim Sinnett and Arash Aframiam you are incredibly at what you do! Chelsea Westminster hospital have been amazing to me too."

She added: "Believe it or not the doctors said high heels will be best thing fir me to walk in."
