Locals left stunned as A-list music star pulls pints in small village pub | The Sun

LOCALS at a pub near Halesworth in Suffolk were left stunned after Ed Sheeran made a surprise appearance.

The global superstar, 32, was spotted at The Rumburgh Buck pub for lunch on Saturday.

The Shape of You hitmaker paid a visit while celebrating a friend's birthday, during which he watched his beloved Ipswich Town play Birmingham City.

The star appeared in high spirits as he watched his team earn a 2-2 draw.

Stella Cattermole, who runs the family-owned pub with her husband, described the singer as "really lovely, very polite, regular guy", according to the BBC.

Ed was accompanied by his wife Cherry Seaborn, 31, to celebrate their pal's big day.
