Lorraine Kelly ‘returns’ to her ITV show amid extended break from programme
Lorraine Kelly made a shock 'return' to her show today during her extended summer break.
The 60-year-old television star has been enjoying some time off, while Andi Peters and Christine Lampard take the presenting reins while she's away.
Today however, she was back in the form of a video call interview with Dame Helen Mirren.
Andi Peters jokingly prepared for the interview, repeating throughout the programme that he was excited to interview the A-lister actress.
Just before they aired the interview, he exclaimed: "Hang on it's not me? Oh we've got a new Scottish interviewer on the show."
Helen Mirren chatted to Lorraine all about new movie The One and Only Ivan, in which she is the voice actor for an adorable poodle.
