Love Island: Michael and Amber engage in furious argument as he confirms she made him look like a ‘d**khead’
Following a dramatic recoupling last night, things look like they’re about to get even worse in this evening’s episode.
Last night, viewers saw Michael choose to recouple with new girl Joanna – leaving Amber single.
He told Caroline Flack that the past few days gave him time to reflect and that he hasn't been true to himself and has bitten his tongue on a number of occasions.
When Caroline asked Michael how he was feeling, he replies: “Different, really.”
Before explaining: “There's situations where I just thought she wasn't into me. I think it was quite apparent and, like I said, I'm staying true to myself, biting my tongue in situations I wouldn't usually bite my tongue in and overlooking things I wouldn't usually overlook."
Asked by host Caroline why she stayed loyal to Michael, Amber says: “Because I’m loyal human being, that’s the way that I am, that’s what I wanted to do… I had a sneaky feeling. It’s disappointing.”
Following Michael’s remarks, Amber also confirms how she's feeling about the situation, saying it's "a little bit confusing because he could have said it to my face."

Direct to Amber, Michael says: “Everytime I say something to you, you laugh in my face which I think is really disrespectful.”
And sticking up for her friend, Anna chimes in: “Say it straight up – you found a girl that you like and have a connection.
“That's the reason. Don't make excuses for your actions.
"Because if this is the reason you left Amber because of all these things then you should have left Amber before the new girl came in."
Confirming he is “done” with the conversation, the firefighter goes on to brand Anna a child, which prompts her to call him “fake.”

Making him come to an abrupt stop with her choice of words, Michael passionately questions: "Fake? Fake?!"
Before Amber shouts: “Yeah. You're spilling your drink, well done." "
"For weeks you were making out as though she was f***ing everything," Anna continues.
With Michael shouting back: “And she basically made me look like a d***head."
"I didn't make anyone out to be a d***head, let's set things straight here!” Amber angrily confirms
