Married At First Sight UK has teased an explosive first look at Wednesday's episode where the couples take part in a second commitment ceremony.

During the spoiler clip, it sees Marilyse have doubts about Franky while Tayah breaks down in tears as she "battles with her past".

In the upcoming scenes, Marilyse admits: "I need space, so I left Franky for the night" to which the other couples look on in shock and at each other.

The clip then cuts to a teary Tayah as she "battles with her past", she says: "There's a mix of emotions when I think about it…"

While Amy then questions the future with Josh as she declares: "I've written two answers…"

The clip ends with the voiceover saying: "And the experts shine a spotlight on betrayal'

To which dating expert Melanie Schilling asks a crying Megan in front of Robert: "Can you help me understand why you chose to have an affair?"

It comes after Tayah left Adam gobsmacked on Tuesday's episode as she declared that this time next year she will be pregnant.

During the episode, Tayah and Adam spoke to Morag and Luke during the second dinner party where they commented on how they always seem to be on the "same page".

To which Tayah declared: "Do you know what we've been talking about, this time next year I'll be pregnant."

With Adam joking: "Don't drop that bombshell. She's not pregnant by the way!"
