MasterChef fans rage over contestant's dish – as final three is revealed | The Sun
MASTERCHEF viewers were left hungry after a dish in the semi-final was deemed "boring" by some.
Stepping up to the plate for the semi-final of the 19th season of the show hosted by Gregg Wallace and John Torode, hopeful chefs Anurag, Chariya, Omar and Terri battled it out for a coveted spot in the final.
In the end it was was Terri's "boring" steak and chips that got her sent home, leaving the other three to fight for the title in tonight’s (June 1) episode.
John enjoyed Terri's steak but said: "The chips themselves… I would like them to have more colour on the outside and fluffer on the inside."
He added that he felt they needed to be fried for longer, and Greg said his "only issue" with the meal was the chips.
The visibly emotional Terri was sent packing and many fans stood behind that decision.
