New dad Joe Swash says he's 'over the moon' as he gives Stacey Solomon a break by taking sons to Thorpe Park

JOE Swash decided to give his fiancé Stacey Solomon some alone time with their new daughter and took their other kids to Thorpe Park.

The former Eastenders actor, 39, was a happy daddy as he enjoyed the theme park's Fright Night with his brood of boys.

Joe took along Stacey's sons Zachary, 13, and Leighton, nine, from previous relationships.

He is also dad to 14-year-old Harry from a previous relationship, while the pair are also parents to Rex, one.

Joe gave The Sun an exclusive update on how Stacey is doing just two days after giving birth to a daughter.

"I thought I would bring the big ones out and give Stacey a bit of time with the baby," Joe told The Sun.

"Stacey's doing really well and we're over the moon."

But Joe kept tight lipped about the newborn's name and revealed they have been flooded with messages of congratulations from from fans.

He promised to let Stacey know and told fans at Thorpe Park, "I'll pass on your love".

The 32-year-old presenter announced her little girl's arrival on Instagram yesterday, confirming that she gave birth on her own birthday on Monday.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Stacey shared a moving video that documented her home birth, before posting clearer snaps of the newborn with fans.

She emotionally captioned the post: "? She’s Here ? Born at Pickle Cottage on mummy’s birthday. Our little girl… Happy birthday my darling daughter… We all love you more than you could ever imagine.

"Your brothers, your daddy and I are so in love. Thank you for the most incredible 9 months. Now we cannot wait for the rest of our lives with you…?"

Fiance Joe commented: "My darling girls. I love you more than you'll ever know. October 4th is going to be an expensive day for daddy xxxx."

This afternoon, Stacey took to her Instagram Story to share an emotional first video with her daughter – but still made no mention of a name.

Wearing white spotted pyjamas and with her hair messily tied up, Stacey radiated joy as she spoke candidly to followers.

She explained: "Hi, here she is! Joe's gone for a walk with Rex and the boys are at school so I thought I'd just come on here to say hello.

"She's just had a feed, my nipples are like just one giant blister but I've still got some serotonin left from the birth so I'm making the most.

"I love her so much, she's amazing. The boys are amazing, I just… I'm so happy. Your messages are so lovely too, every time I'm feeding her I sit and read them."
