Stranger Things’ Milly Bobby Brown admits fears Eleven will become the villain of season 4

MILLIE Bobby Brown said she is "freaked out" at the possibility her Stranger Things character Eleven could become the villain in season four.

One of the fan theories about the popular Netflix show is that Eleven could have been infected by the Mind Flayer after part of its flesh got stuck on her leg.

This could turn Eleven against her friends as her mind is warped by the monster.

Actress Millie Bobby Brown has thought about the possibility of becoming a villain – and she's a bit "freaked out" that it could be true.

Speaking to Elle about the theory, she said: "I kind of like it! I'm into it. I wasn't playing it like that. We don't know what happens in season four. I definitely don't.

"In scenes after the Mind Flayer grabbed me, I wasn't playing it as I was infected.

"I was definitely playing it as normal as possible. And maybe that's the reason they didn't tell me. To make it as real as possible. I don't know.

"Those theories freak me out a bit. Because I'm like, 'Oh god, that could genuinely be true.' And what if she is the villain.

"That would be so cool. Wouldn't that be cool? I'd love to be the villain, but then I also wouldn't because Eleven is perfect. It would suck."

This would see her friends Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Lucas (Caleb (McLAughlin) and Will (Noah Schnapp) face one of the hardest challenges of the series, as they would have to deal with their pal and her telekinetic powers.

Fans are in a frenzy with speculation as they await the next season of the show.

People are convinced Hopper (David Harbour) is still alive after seemingly dying at the end of season 3.

However, his body was never found – leading to many fans to believe he's still alive and possibly trapped in the Upside Down.

This theory seemed to gain weight when he posted a photo of fan art of Hopper hugging Eleven on Instagram and changed his profile picture to an upside down version of it.
