The One Show fans were stunned as comedian and TV star Matt Lucas appeared on Thursday's programme looking slimmer than ever.
Viewers couldn't believe how much weight the Great British Bake Off star had shed and demanded to know his secrets to keeping in such great shape.
Appearing almost unrecognisable, shocked online users flocked to Twitter to hail the former Little Britain star for such an epic transformation.
