Andrew Tate and brother Tristan pictured as they arrive to face grilling by prosecutors following release from jail | The Sun

ANDREW Tate and his brother Tristan have been pictured as they arrived to face a grilling from cops following their dramatic release from jail.

The disgraced duo were granted a brief breather from house arrest as they headed to be quizzed in Bucharest, Romania, this morning.

They appeared emotionless as they headed inside the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT).

Prosecutors have been examining electronic equipment seized from the brothers after cops raided their mansion in December.

Tate, sporting dark sunglasses, looked casual as he wore a blue t-shirt and navy tracksuit for the showdown.

His brother Tristan opted for a smarter look, wearing a black suit and shirt while looking solemn.

But they both appeared much more upbeat when they exited after the interrogation, with Tate almost mustering a smile.

A spokesperson for the brothers described the visit as "routine", before stressing no charges have yet been brought.

They said: "Andrew and Tristan Tate visited DIICOT earlier today as a routine visit to assist authorities with the investigation.

"There have still been no charges made against the brothers and they are extremely focused on beating these fabricated accusations."

The pair were greeted by a flurry of photographers on the steps of the building in the capital city.

The latest snaps are a stark contrast to their last visit to DIICOT, when they were both handcuffed and flanked by law enforcement.

Tate and Tristan were both released from the Romanian prison they had been held in for three months on March 31.

They were placed under house arrest by a judge while the probe into human trafficking and rape allegations continues.

Both men and their two alleged "angels" – Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu – remain under investigation by Romanian cops.

Tate and his brother returned to their lavish compound in Pipera, Voluntari, on the outskirts of Bucharest amid a media circus.

They have been ordered to stay in the buildings where they live – unless they have permission from the courts to leave.

The excursion to DIICOT to be further interrogated by police is the brothers' first outing since their bombshell release.

Since being freed from the "hellhole" prison, Tate has shared a number of cryptic posts on social media.

In his latest rant on Twitter, Tate claimed he believes he could be shot.

He also shared a picture of himself with a thick, ungroomed beard – different from the clean-shaven look he sported before his arrest.

Tate wrote: "I prepare my body to absorb the brutal kinetics of piercing lead.

"As all other silencing attempts fail, and stage 3 approaches – I anticipate a bullet will be the chosen utensil of pacification."

Alongside the message, he shared a past tweet from mid-December that read: "If they kill me I love you all."

Tate and Tristan both deny all wrongdoing and no charges have yet been brought.

The controversial influencer built up an image that appealed to teenage boys – creating an online empire that made him one of the most searched people on Google.

Masquerading as lifestyle advice, much of the content is considered highly sexist and is seen as promoting violence against women.
