Boy, 7, goes missing in Cumbria as police say they are ‘concerned’ for his welfare and appeal for any witness to get in touch

A boy has gone missing in Barrow today as police appeal for any witness to get in touch.

Harley Lowe, 7, was last seen on Amphitrite Street in Barrow earlier today around 11:40am. Police are now concerned for the boy’s welfare.

He is described as slim, with short blond hair and was last seen wearing a grey shorts and t-shirt set with a black stripe down them, grey trainers and an Adidas blue and black hoodie. Police are now appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

The youngster was last seen on Amphitrite Street, pictured. Anyone with information or who was in the area at the time of his disappearance is asked to contact police on 101

A spokesperson from Cumbria Police said: ‘We are concerned for the welfare of missing 7-year-old Harley Lowe who was last seen on Amphitrite Street, Barrow at around 11:40am today (April 15).

‘Harley is described as slim, with short blond hair and was last seen wearing a grey shorts and t-shirt set with a black stripe down them, grey trainers and an Adidas blue and black hoodie.

‘Anyone with information should contact police on 101.’
