A devastated family have paid tribute to their ‘beautiful’ teenage daughter who was killed after being hit by a lorry in a horror crash.
Stephanie Beard, 17, from Epsom, was struck by a lorry outside Defoe Court in North Surrey at 7.30am on December 17.
Emergency services rushed to the crash site but Stephanie, a pedestrian, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Stephanie’s family have now released a picture of the teenager and paid tribute to the ‘beautiful young soul’.

In a statement, her family said: ‘The family of Stephanie Beard are devastated and sad at the loss of such a beautiful young soul.
‘She left a lasting mark on everyone who had the privilege to have known her. Her memory, love and kindness will always be remembered.
‘She was a loving daughter, sister, and granddaughter. Rest in peace angel.’
An inquest at Surrey Coroner’s Court has been opened.
