Harvey Weinsten sexually assaulted two women in 36 hours while in LA for the Oscars with pregnant wife, claim court docs – The Sun

HARVEY Weinstein is facing new criminal charges in Los Angeles County stemming from his alleged assaults of two different women back in 2013.

Those assaults both happened within 36 hours of one another according to court documents obtained by SunOnline, while Weinstein was in California for the annual Academy Awards ceremony with his then-pregnant wife Georgina Chapman.

The first of the alleged assaults occurred on February 18 after Weinstein attended the Los Angeles, Italia Film, Fashion and Art Fest.

Photos from the event show him looking disheveled and slovenly as he poses next to the night’s guest of honor, director Quentin Tarantino.

Not present in any of those photos was wife Chapman, who was seven months pregnant at the time with the couple’s second child.

The victim in the case, a 38-year-old Italian-model actress, claims that she met Weinstein at the event and struck up a conversation with the disgraced mogul.

He made me feel like an object, like nothing with all his power

Then, after spending some time together after the event and talking about her career, Weinstein invited himself up to her hotel room she told the Los Angeles  Times.

"He … bullied his way into my hotel room, saying, 'I’m not going to [have sex with] you, I just want to talk,'" the alleged victim told the Times.

"Once inside, he asked me questions about myself, but soon became very aggressive and demanding and kept asking to see me naked."

The actress then stated: "He grabbed me by the hair and forced me to do something I did not want to do. He then dragged me to the bathroom and forcibly raped me."

The mother-of-three said that at one point she even held up a photo of her three children to try and stop Weinstein from assaulting her, but to no avail.
The alleged assault lasted 45 minutes according to the victim.

"When he left, he acted like nothing happened,” she said of Weinstein.

"I barely knew this man. It was the most demeaning thing ever done to me by far. It sickens me still."

She added: "He made me feel like an object, like nothing with all his power."

The woman went on to say she regretted not calling police and came forward after getting encouragement from her son.

"You just need to be strong, Mom," said the young boy according to his mother, who was 4 at the time of the assault.

The first victim contacted the LAPD two weeks after multiple other women came forward and share led their stories with The New York Times and The New Yorker.

California has a 10 year statute of limitations for rape cases.
The second victim in the case claims she was assaulted by Weinstein the very next day after the two met at a hotel for a lunch meeting.

Weinstein allegedly talked her into to returning to a room at the hotel, and once there held her breast as he manually stimulated himself to completion.
A week later, he walked the red carpet at the Academy Awards with his pregnant wife.

Weinstein has been charged with forcible rape, forcible oral copulation, sexual penetration by use of force and sexual battery by restraint.
